As a veteran-owned, minority-owned, and woman-led business, this work is personal. I’ve seen firsthand the gaps in care and the challenges many people face when trying to find consistent, long-term employment especially within underserved communities where access isn’t always equal.
Through building our sister company, Vital Health Care LLC, I gained hands-on experience working directly with families and saw just how important dependable, compassionate caregivers truly are. That experience shaped how we approach staffing today not just filling positions, but placing people who genuinely make a difference.
My personal experience caring for family members who didn’t receive the level of care they deserved also played a major role in building this company. It pushed me to create something better for both the people receiving care and the professionals providing it.
